How much executive time is necessary?
EOG is designed to work with top management but does NOT require extensive executive involvement except in the first phase of engagements where hard business objectives are defined as a means of determining overall project complexity and scope. We make extensive use of web-based delivery of executive reports and only require interaction with executive level management during critical presentations.
