The genesis of EOG
The partners of EOG each have over 25 years experience with dozens of leading high technology companies and have demonstrated an ability to deliver solutions to complex strategic and tactical business problems where customers interact with high technology products and services. EOG was formed to address a new and important research need faced by those high technology companies that wish to dominate or continue to dominate their respective categories. That need is simply the creation of new and innovative TCE's that deliver against hard business objectives while building robust brands.
Creating high performance TCE's is a new problem which the partners of EOG realized required a new set of skills and methods that combined business process modeling with cognitive and compute science. These are the core disciplines of the partners and associates of EOG.
Formed in 2003, EOG has been created to address the larger problem of total customer experience optimization as a major strategic objective for leading high technology companies world-wide. We have offices in New York and San Francisco.
